My Josefin has inherited her mother’s passion for hats, which is why she blends classic simplicity with cutting-edge originality that draws inspiration from culture and nature, understanding her time and creating beauty rooted in her own history. A play on timeless hat-making materials and others that are decidedly unusual (mosquito nets, small rediscovered and recycled objects… or garden moss), always with that pure vision, walking the fine line between minimalism and expressive intensity.
A fashion designer (Madrid, New York, Barcelona) and visual artist who also works in publication design and cultural management. In 2015, My Josefin was founded (organic clothing and jewelry). In 2016, she began researching and crafting hats as just another garment, always with the leitmotiv of unique pieces. In 2017, she focused on artisanal hatmaking after training with milliner Charo Iglesias.
