Encarnación López is a craftswoman from Alicante who designs and creates custom-made hats. Ever since she was a child, she has painted colorful butterflies and played with buttons. Self-taught since her teenage years, she trained as an embroiderer, a meticulous and delicate craft.
She studied Dressmaking, Fashion Design, and Millinery at the Virma School in Alicante (where she now teaches). There, she discovered a fascinating world of feathers, molds, and dyes…
Specializing in silk flowers, trained at the Flores Canela Center in Madrid, she creates an exclusive collection of hats and headpieces in her shop-studio, where she advises her clients. Her creations have been showcased in several countries.

Awarded the Innovative Product Prize in 2010 at the “Manos Extraordinarias” Competition by the Valencia Center for Crafts.
Accredited as a Craftswoman by the Valencian Regional Government with DNC 4485.
